By subscribing to Webizze, you confirm that you are legally eligible and agree to comply with these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of any future updates.
2. Service Description
Webizze provides subscription-based access to WhatsApp Business API tools for customer communication, automation, and engagement. Service availability, approvals, and delivery are subject to WhatsApp/Meta policies.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. All activities performed through your account remain your responsibility.
4. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Services are activated after successful payment. You must keep billing details updated to avoid service disruption.
5. Pricing & Changes
We may revise pricing, features, or plans with prior notice. Changes apply from the next billing cycle and do not affect the current active subscription period.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for spam, illegal, abusive, misleading, or prohibited content. You are solely responsible for message content and user consent, as required by law and WhatsApp policies.
7. WhatsApp Policy Compliance
Your use of Webizze must comply with WhatsApp Business, Commerce, and Meta Platform policies. Webizze is not responsible for account suspension or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp.
8. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, misuse, unlawful activity, or non-payment, without obligation to provide refunds.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, with access continuing until the end of the billing cycle. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans are eligible for pro-rated refunds within 15 days. Duplicate or failed payments will be refunded after verification.
10. Data & Privacy
We follow reasonable security practices to protect data. However, you are responsible for lawful data collection and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and branding belong to Webizze. Unauthorized copying, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
